Central Business District

Miami’s Central Business District offers you a unique mix of historic and new architecture with an urban twist. Here you have everything you need for work, leisure and living. Four thousand new residential units are currently available, with plans for another 2,000 in the works. If you feel like a Miami Heat Game, Concert you can walk to the American Airlines Area right down the street.  Hop on the People Mover and go Brickell, Midtown, Uptown and anywhere within Minutes.   Just 5-10 minutes from the 24 hour entertainment of South Beach.
